The objective of the Master programme in "Next Generation Management in Family Business" designed in collaboration with the European School of Economics and Startup Geeks, is to train tomorrow's managers who will lead traditional family businesses to face tomorrow's challenges.

The Master will be divided into 5 Modules structured to ensure participants' progressive learning, starting from general topics such as the basics of business management to the presentation of the main tools that are used today in the startup world and in the new paradigm of Management. Using exercises and practical work, the course will give a practical understanding of which techniques and methodologies can trigger change.
